Refund policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging.

  • Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you prefer a different style or size, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Defects / Wrong item

  • If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number: info@sunstarcrystals.com. We’ll make it right.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method (processing times vary by bank).

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
